About The Podcast

Healing is one of humanity's oldest pursuits.

Across cultures, traditions, disciplines, and generations, people have sought ways to reduce suffering, restore balance, find meaning, reconnect with themselves, and recover from adversity.

Today, healing is often discussed through the lens of medicine, psychology, and contemporary therapeutic approaches. While these perspectives have contributed enormously to human wellbeing, they represent only part of a much larger story.

Approaches to Healing: Conversations About What Heals is a podcast that explores the many ways human beings have understood, cultivated, and experienced healing throughout history and across cultures.

Hosted by Katie Feder and Noula Diamantopoulos, the podcast brings together therapists, researchers, artists, philosophers, spiritual teachers, health practitioners, community leaders, and people with lived experience to explore one enduring question:

What heals?

What truly helps people heal?

In our deeply informative conversations about  psychology, relationships, nervous system healing, trauma, spirituality, or personal transformation, every conversation is guided by one simple question:

What truly helps heal?
