Defiant Little Painting Workshop

When we feel we’re not enough, it’s often because we compare ourselves to others and we see the magnificence in others, which can cast a shadow on our ability to see our own levels of expertise, talent, personality and beyond. Such feelings usually summon our inner critic, and our inner critic can be over protective, preventing us from stepping forward into growth and gaining the expertise, talent and other qualities we desire. 

In this workshop we explore the concepts of enough, self judgment and more on our inner critic, and create a defiant little painting to help us step forward with courage.
